The survey shows that the market penetration of Windows Mobile seem stagnant. Operating System (OS) of Microsoft is lagging behind its competitors, Apple’s iPhone OS, RIM BlackBerry OS and Google Android.
The latest data from comScore research indicates, Windows Mobile showed a very small increase. In comScore records this year, in May, users of Windows Mobile numbered seven million people. The following two months in July, the number dropped to 6.6 million users. The last survey in October, this platform to get up, but only 7.1 million users to embrace it.
As for competitors, the average number of users has increased during the period from May to October. IPhone OS user’s record up 50 since May and RIM Blackberry up approximately 20 percent.
